단체 소개

about 10 students and one leader, members will be allocated to a circle on the day that you're available. 💎 Big Meetings (once a month) : All KITE members can join the big meeting where our event planners organize special meetings like a picnic, party, or MT(Korean style-all night 2day trip doing games etc). 💎 Pop up Meetings : members and leaders can gather people to do what you want to enjoy in Korea freely. For example, during the last semester, people went on hiking, baseball game, Lotte World, etc. Leader's duty : ✅ Leaders must organize your regular circle meeting every designated day of the week (the day of the week that you choose in this form) except for exam period and holidays. There will be 11 members per circle including one leader and from Monday to Friday, each day has 3 circles. ✅ There are more duties according to your position. Detailed description of the position will be presente below. ✅ Leaders must attend monthly executive workshops except for unavoidable reasons. Notice : 📌 KITE is a Seoul Campus club. Students from Suwon campus are welcome to join, but keep in mind that most meetings are held in Seoul. 📌 We use Kakaotalk application to announce notices and communicate with members. After you're accepted into KITE, we will invite you to the KITE Kakaotalk chatroom. So please download it beforehand. 📌 Leader's workshop will be on Sunday, March 8th at 6pm. Leader's are obliged to attend the workshop except for unavoidable reasons. 📌 Orientation will be on Monday, March 9th at 6pm, and circle meetings will begin the following week. We will notice you the details of the orientation after acceptance.

활동 소개

KITE의 활동 : 💎 정기 써클 모임 (1주일에 한번) : 10명의 멤버와 리더로 구성된 그룹과 함께 밥을 먹거나 활동을 합니다. 멤버들은 구글폼에서 가능하다고 응답한 날의 써클에 배정됩니다. 💎 빅미팅 (1달에 한번) : 모든 카이트 멤버들은 빅미팅에 참여할 수 있습니다. 빅미팅에서는 이벤트 플래너들이 피크닉, 파티, MT와 같은 특별한 모임을 기획합니다. 💎 팝업 미팅 : 멤버와 리더들은 언제든지 함께 하고 싶은 활동이 있다면 톡방에 제안할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어, 지난 학기에는 멤버들이 자발적으로 사람들을 모아 등산, 야구 경기, 롯데월드 등을 방문했습니다. KITE 리더의 의무 : ✅ 리더들은 정기 써클 모임을 매주 정해진 요일에 진행해야 합니다. 시험 기간과 공휴일에는 공식 모임을 진행하지 않습니다. 써클별로 10명의 멤버가 있으며, 월요일부터 금요일까지 각 3개의 써클이 구성될 예정입니다. ✅ 리더들은 써클 모임 이외에 각자 역할이 존재합니다. 자세한 역할 설명은 아래 설명을 참고 부탁드립니다. ✅ 리더들은 불가피한 이유를 제외하고 매달 열리는 임원진 회의에 참석해야 합니다.
